THE IJAW NATION SHOULD ENSURE THE SAFETY OF GOV. SIM FUBARA
While both camps and power Blocs are fighting for supremacy, we do not need to play politics with the safety and life of Gov. Siminalayi Fubara and those of members of his family.
It is sad and quite unfortunate that the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) that is suppose to guarantee safety of life and property has descended very low almost to the point of registering as a political party.
NPF which is suppose to be one of the symbols of our contemporary democracy has stooped very low. It has compromised and lost it’s values and deviated from the rudiments behinds its establishment.
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should summon courage to act now before few elements destroy our hard earned democracy.
The Ijaw Nation should rally round to ensure the safety of Gov. Fubara who was first born as an illustrious son of the Ijaw Nation before his membership of PDP and governance of Rivers State which is one of the direct results of the sweat and blood of Ijaw people.
