This is to inform the public that His Excellency, Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, will on Sunday, December 10, 2023 flag off the 3rd Carnival Calabar Dry Run by 1.00pm
Accordingly, members of the public should note that the 12 kilometers Carnival route will be partially closed to traffic from 12.30pm on that day to allow for the necessary Carnival routine exercise.

While we solicit your cooperation, be assured that all alternative roads in and outside the Capital City will remain open for traffic as usual.
For the avoidance of doubt, the 12 kilometers calabar Carnival route starts from Millennium Park 11/11, running from Calabar Road into Mary lessor, Marian Road and link up Ndidem Usang Iso to MCC and Murtala Muhammed Highway then terminate at The U J Esuene
