The Management of the University of Calabar has announced Friday, December 2, 2022 as the new date for the 44th Matriculation Ceremony of the institution.
The Registrar of the University of Calabar, Mr Gabriel Egbe in a release said that the matriculation event will be held at the Abraham Ordia Stadium, Unical at 10am prompt.
According to the release, Faculty/Institute Officers are to ensure that Matriculating students start procession at 8.30am while the Vice Chancellor’s procession will commence at 9.30am prompt.
The release disclosed that the Vice Chancellor has declared the Matriculation day Lecture free for all freshmen and has accordingly called on the Provost, Deans, Directors of Insti,tutes, and Heads of Departments/Units to ensure strict compliance with the directive.
