November 5th, 2024, it was a proud moment for Akpabuyo Local Government as the Councillors-elect from our ten wards received their Certificates of Return from the Cross River State Independent Electoral Commission (CROSIEC). This recognition comes after their overwhelming victory in the November 2nd Local Government elections.

The swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected councilors of akpabuyo local government area will be held on Monday, November 11th, at 8:00 AM at the Akpabuyo Secretariat Complex, Ikot Nakanda.
