Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has explained why he no longer moves around with the large entourage that once became part of his public image.
The award-winning singer revealed that marriage, fatherhood and a shift in priorities have influenced his decision to keep a much smaller circle around him. According to Davido, his focus is now on family, personal growth and creating a more productive environment for his music and business.
Speaking during an interview with Vibe Magazine on Thursday, the singer reflected on how his lifestyle has evolved over the years, noting that the days of constantly being surrounded by a crowd are behind him.

The singer added that his current stage in life demands a different level of responsibility, stressing that becoming a husband and a father has changed the way he approaches both his personal life and his career.
His remarks have sparked conversations among fans, many of whom believe the change reflects his growth and maturity as one of Africa’s biggest music stars.
Davido is currently preparing for the release of his forthcoming project, with fans eagerly anticipating what will be his next major body of work.
