Urgent report of cultist/kidnappings in unical

The university of calabar have release a memo of kidnapping indicating a report from an unknown terrorist that is aim to kidnapped students and teachers/lecturers of the university community. On this note the university management has release a warning and instructions to all resident, lecturer and students of the university community.
