The Lt. Lucky who was ably represented by Air Cdr Oluwole Akinsanya was warmly received by the International Human Right Protection Service Delegation in Abuja.
The IHRPS Delegation was led by the Country President Dr. Charles Omini with other members of the Delegation in the Country such as the Vice President Amb. Ibrahim Usman Duhu,Country Directors Special Duties Dr. Sini Kwabe,Director Security & Intelligence AVM Andy Tsakr,Dep. Dir. Public Complaints Andre Uwadiahe,Dep. Dir. Public Affairs Hon. Ify Ndidi & Asst. Dir. Special Projects Amb Amaka Onomajulu.
