BREAKING NEWS: UNICROSS Students Raise Alarm Over Frustration

Under the leadership of the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Francisca Bassey, the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) has come under fire from students who have taken to social media to express their frustration.

According to several affected UNICROSSstudents, the institution has denied them the right to sit for examinations, despite having paid their fees in full payments which were duly stamped and signed by their respective faculty account officers.

The issue, which began yesterday, has particularly affected 300-level students.

One of the victims revealed that the school management showed up with an incomplete list of students who had paid their fees.

Despite knowing that the system used for payment verification is faulty, the management allegedly chose not to address the technical issues, opting instead to penalize the students.

As of the time of this report, many students have been denied access to their exams, even after presenting valid evidence of fee payment.
