Everton Agree £7M Deal to Sign Christian Nørgaard from Arsenal

Everton have reached an agreement with Arsenal to sign experienced midfielder Christian Nørgaard in a deal worth £7 million, with the transfer now entering its final stages.

The two Premier League clubs have agreed on the transfer fee, and the necessary documents are expected to be exchanged over the weekend. Once the paperwork is completed, Nørgaard will undergo his medical before officially becoming an Everton player.

The move will bring an end to the Danish international’s short spell at Arsenal, where he spent just one season after joining the North London club. Despite his limited stay, Nørgaard’s experience and leadership remain highly valued, making him an attractive addition for Everton as they strengthen their midfield options ahead of the new campaign.

Everton see the 32-year-old as a reliable presence in the centre of the pitch, capable of adding composure, defensive stability, and valuable Premier League experience to the squad. His arrival is expected to provide manager and fans with a dependable option as the club looks to improve its performances in the upcoming season.

The transfer is now considered to be in its final formal stages, with only the exchange of documents and medical examinations remaining before an official announcement is made.

If everything proceeds as planned, Christian Nørgaard will soon be unveiled as Everton’s latest signing, adding another experienced name to the club’s summer recruitment.
