JAMB Result 2026 As JAMB Releases 632,788 UTME 2026 Results first batch.
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has announced the release of results for candidates who sat for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

According to the Board, a total of 632,788 results are now available for candidates to check.
How Candidates Can Check Their JAMB Results With Phone Number
In a statement signed by Fabian Benjamin on Friday, candidates were directed to check their results by sending “UTMERESULT” via SMS to either 55019 or 66019, Candidates must use the same phone number used during their registration for the examination.

Printing of Results Not Yet Available
The Board explained that candidates can only view their results for now, as the option to print result slips has not yet been activated.
JAMB Warns Against Result Manipulation
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board warned candidates against tampering with the result messages received from its official platforms.
According to the Board, editing or altering the SMS to falsely change scores and mislead parents or others is a criminal offence.
Suspects Already in Custody
JAMB disclosed that it has already begun taking action against offenders.
The Board revealed that two candidates and one parent are currently in custody for allegedly falsifying examination results using artificial intelligence and other electronic means.
It warned that any candidate found guilty of result manipulation will face the full weight of the law.
More Results to Be Released
The Board also assured candidates that the examination process is still ongoing and that more results will be released in batches as they are processed.
