Remi Tinubu Takes Food Outreach Scheme to Ogun, Promises Continued Support for Poor Nigerians

Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has reaffirmed her commitment to supporting vulnerable Nigerians as the Food Outreach Scheme of the Renewed Hope Initiative extends to Ogun State.

The programme provided food items to disadvantaged members of the community as part of efforts to support people facing economic hardship and improve access to essential food supplies.

Mrs Tinubu said assistance for poor and vulnerable Nigerians would continue through the initiative, which is aimed at reaching people in need across the country.

The outreach forms part of the Renewed Hope Initiative’s social intervention efforts, which focus on supporting vulnerable groups and improving their welfare.

The programme’s extension to Ogun State is expected to provide relief to beneficiaries while reinforcing the initiative’s commitment to helping communities affected by rising living costs.

The First Lady has continued to use the Renewed Hope Initiative to promote welfare-focused programmes for women, children, youths and other vulnerable groups.

Further details about the number of beneficiaries and the quantity of food items distributed in Ogun State were not provided in the information available.
