Freedom Ejom, a signature phenomenon in Mofi News Magazine, a retired Permanent Secretary, Cross River State Ministry of Information and first Editor-in- Chief of Mofi News Magazine hails the Cross River State Government, led by Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu for sustaining and improving the quality and reach of magazine across the state and it’s environ.
He disclosed this shortly after the Permanent Secretary, Cross River State Ministry of Finance Hon. AF Ajah handed him a copy of the current edition of the magazine in his office in Calabar. Mr. Ejom expressed surprise, adding that “I thought Mofi News magazine was dead”.
The Permanent Secretary assured him that the administration of Sen. Prince Bassey Otu is a fertile ground and does not permit good things to die.

He further disclosed that arrangements are in place for the Commissioner for Finance to hold an enlarge stakeholders’ meetings with gatekeepers of the Mofi News magazine, tilted toward improving the renowned Ministry of Finance publication as this will also serve as a medium in disseminating information and the very wonderful achievements of the state government to Cross Riverians and Nigerians at large.
