I know all of you would be surprised after reading this thought provoking piece about Alex Ukam but the truth remains the truth even though I write with sadness and anger
Recall I earlier wrote that the highly revered Bishop is taking Hon Ngim’s House of Representatives case seriously like his political relevance depends upon it whereas it’s about his future senatorial ambitions
According to reliable sources, Hon Ngim collected his nomination forms and interest on Friday in Abuja, backed by assurances from Bishop Alex Ukam.
It is alleged that Hon Alex Ukam is soliciting support from Agwagune stakeholders and Hon Emil Inyang’s kinsmen, based on the claim that Hon Ngim’s mother is from Agwagune.
Suffice it to say Hon Ngim Okpo’s political career has evidently been defined by underachievement, raising serious doubts about his capacity to adequately represent us in the green chambers, considering the lackluster results of his time in the state house of assembly.
As the current DG of BORDERCOM, Hon Ngim appears to have limited impact in Biase LGA, with the councillor of Ehom ward having a more notable project record.
If RT HON Bishop Alex Ukam can be considering a position in the senate in five years, it raises questions about his commitment to his followers and team players.
Dear Honourable Ijom Ukam, I understand that this development has caused you distress, yet your loyalty may be constraining your response; nonetheless, it is now clear that your factional leader’s priorities do not align with your interests.
I seriously doubt if the chairman of council, Hon Edodi Edodi Eyong and Hon Charles Atu are being carried along by the revered Bishop In all this this Hon Ngim’s Shenanigans
Dear Respected Bishop, why not act like Prof Ivara ESU by calling for enlarged stakeholders or caucus meeting and discuss the way forward of Biase political landscape or it seems you are scared to look at the aspirants in their faces to take a decision
Before now Biase leaders under the distinguished leadership of revered Prof IVARA EJEMOT ESU would have met and taken a decision
Finally, leadership is not an intricate science but rather a commitment to serving humanity selflessly, and it is only when personal interests intervene that leaders tend to shy away from calling meetings for thorough discussions.
