The father of Arch Eric Akpo and in-law of the immediate past governor, His Excellency Sen. Ben Ayade CON.
It is with a heavy heart and profound sadness that I extend my deepest condolences to you upon the passing of your beloved father, the late Chief Francis Ingubel Akpo. His departure from this world has left a void that can never be filled, and his memory will forever remain cherished in our hearts.

As I stand among you today, attending the funeral service of your esteemed patriarch, I am reminded of the remarkable legacy he leaves behind. The late Chief Francis Ingubel Akpo was not only a father to his children but a pillar of strength within the community of Obudu. His wisdom, kindness, and unwavering commitment to the betterment of his family and society at large will always be remembered.
