Apostle Johnson Suleman, founder and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries International, has warmed hearts after personally serving free meals to church members and other beneficiaries in Auchi, Edo State.
The heartwarming moment shows the cleric taking time to serve food to people, demonstrating his commitment to compassion, generosity and helping those in need.
The gesture is connected to his ministry’s free food initiative, which provides meals to people without charging them.
The initiative, known as Joliz Kitchen, was launched in March 2022 at the ministry’s headquarters in Auchi as part of Suleman’s efforts to address hunger and support people struggling with economic hardship.
The programme was established to provide free meals regardless of people’s religious or ethnic backgrounds. Reports have also indicated that the cleric regularly participates in the food distribution, particularly on Saturdays when he is available in Nigeria.
His decision to personally serve meals has attracted positive reactions, with many praising the gesture as an example of practical kindness and selfless service.
The initiative continues to highlight the role religious organisations can play in supporting vulnerable members of society.
