The Honourable Member representing Calabar Municipality/Odukpani Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep. Bassey Akiba, has expressed strong support for the ongoing review of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (As Amended).

He welcomed the National and Zonal Public Hearings as a vital step toward deepening democratic governance and ensuring that the voices of Nigerians are reflected in the supreme legal framework of the country.
