PDP Loses at Akpabuyo over APC

PDP LOSES AT AKPABUYO STATE CONSTITUENCY AS ELECTION PETITION TRIBUNAL SITTING IN CALABAR UPHOLDS APC PETITION

The opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Friday lost the Akpabuyo State Constituency seat as Election Petition Tribunal sitting in CALABAR UPHELD the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) petition.

The tribunal also withdrew PDP certificate of return, orders INEC to conduct election within 90 days in the disputed areas which APC won but were marred by the violence of the PDP.
