CRS By-Elections: CRS APC Youths Lobby group rallies Support for Jude Ngaji/Bassey Effiom

As the February 26th By-Elections for Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency and Akpabuyo State Constituency looms, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Lobby Group in Cross River State has continued revving up its support for the APC flag bearers, Chief Jude Ogbeche Ngaji and Hon Bassey Effiom respectively who are both candidates of the party in tomorrow\’s CRS By-Elections.

The Lobby Group, which passed a vote of confidence on the two flag bearers during the Grand finale of Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency Campaign Rally at Okpoma yesterday described the two candidates as the most experienced and competent candidates in the forthcoming elections.

The APC Youth Lobby Group Chairman in Cross River State, Mr Oden Ewa called on APC youths and youths in general across the two Constituencies to back the aspirations of Chief Jude Ngaji and Mr Bassey Effiom both of whom he described as leading lights in the politics of the state in comparison with candidates of other parties parading themselves for the coveted legislative seats.
Oden Ewa tasked the youths to guard and secure their votes in tomorrow\’s poll and shun any form of violence, destruction of life or of properties.

The State’s Commissioner for Finance, Mr Asuquo Ekpenyong, who is a member of the APC National Youth Lobby Group was on ground to shore – up the morale of over 2,000 APC Youth Lobby Group members who attended the rally. The Commissioner especially thanked Governor Ayade and communicated across the gratitude of the APC National Youth Lobby Group for ensuring a fair and credible primary process that threw up young people as the candidates of the party.

The Governors of Ebonyi, Jigawa and Kaduna States graced and addressed the rally in Okpoma yesterday.
