President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Kaduna State ahead of the planned flag-off of his 2027 re-election campaign, with Vice President Kashim Shettima and Governor Uba Sani among those who welcomed him.
The President’s arrival comes as political activities begin to gather momentum ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Shettima, a former Borno State governor, and Uba Sani, the governor of Kaduna State, were present to receive Tinubu upon his arrival.
The planned campaign flag-off is expected to provide an opportunity for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) to mobilise supporters and promote its political agenda ahead of the polls.
