His comfirment of the President\’s NYSC Honours award was as a result of the humanitarian services rendered during his service year. Notable among them is the construction of a motorized borehole Bacita, kwara state. This project solved the perennial challenge of water scarcity in the community.

The other awardee in person of Dr. Shiyam Christopher, a native of Obanliku LGA and a medical graduate from the University of Calabar, undertook an impactful community project during his national youth service in Anambra State.

He successfully renovated God\’s Care School for Special Needs Children in Awka, which involved repainting, reflooring, electrification, partioning, roofing, ceiling board fixes, and refurbishing the school toilets. In addition, he donated food items, a laptop, a projector, a projector screen, audiovisual learning aids, industrial waste bins, and a 4.5KVA generator to the school.
