- Young person from Nigeria is honoured with The Diana Award for going above and beyond in their daily life to create and sustain positive change.
Regina Ateb, from Nigeria has been recognised with the highest accolade a young person can achieve for social action or humanitarian efforts – The Diana Award.
Established in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales, the Award is given out by the charity of the same name and has the support of both her sons, HRH The Prince of Wales and The Duke of Sussex.

REGINA ATEB FOUNDATION – NIGERIA
Regina’s projects have contributed to alleviating poverty, improving the quality of education, and reducing the stigma and burden of poor menstrual hygiene in Southern Nigeria. Despite growing up in poverty, Regina has shown that anyone can make a difference. Their consistent efforts have touched thousands of lives and brought people together to create positive change. They have raised funds, provided relief materials, and organised campaigns to raise awareness and reduce stigma.
Regina\’s commitment to improving lives made them a role model; through their work and leadership roles, they inspire countless others, as well as being the Campus Director for ‘Millennium Fellowship’, setting a template for future events and earning admiration from their peers.
