PROFILE:
I am Bogbo Binang Sylva, also known as Wan-Dyityem, from Dishishua in Kakwagom /Bawop Ward of Osokom II. Born on June 8, 1984. I am a Security professional with experience in problem solving and community development.
I am married, humble, and dedicated to service. I possess demonstrable leadership qualities, rooted in the belief that the core principle of leadership is working for the collective good of all.
Over the years, I have honed myself to be a strategic thinker, with a profound focus on accountability and leadership, competence in service, administration, and public advocacy.
On a religious level, I am a devoted Christian with love and a shared kindness for humanity.
OUR SHARED CONVICTION:
Today, I seek to partner with passionate Boki II stakeholders toward accomplishing mutual aspirations of quality representation and effective legislation for a greater Boki II.
This is more than an ambition; it is a calling rooted in our shared conviction that we deserve our full share of development. In 2023, I walked this journey with you through the strain of challenges, setbacks and through moments when hope seemed distant. In those times, we stood together as Buan Bokyi, as stakeholders with hopes to address our challenges while laying the groundwork for future prosperity.
That experience did not weaken our resolve, it strengthened it.
Today, I return with clarity, unity, and FRESH HOPE to achieve that vision as Boki II looks ahead. I, Sylva Binang Bogbo, offer not just words but presence; not just promises, but FRESH HOPE to every home and every community.
My vision is clear: Together, we will build a stronger constituency, create meaningful opportunities for our people, and drive sustainable development across every part of our land, leveraging networks and partnership for economic transformation. This includes but not limited to:
QUALITY MEDICAL FACILITIES: I will ensure our people have access to quality and affordable healthcare services to drastically reduce maternal and perinatal mortality, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and viral illnesses to the barest minimum.
EDUCATION:
We have a legacy of scholars and educators. To honor and extend this legacy, I will sponsor legislation and advocate for budgetary allocations to establish and upgrade institutions of learning in our constituency, ensuring our children have access to quality education for the knowledge economy.
ECONOMIC GROWTH:
I will remodel our markets with modern tech to drive economic growth and secure commercial expansion for traders.
POWER SUPPLY:
I will champion reliable and affordable electricity to boost productivity.
FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS:
To complete our economic transformation, I will champion legislation and strategic advocacy to attract commercial and microfinance banks to establish branches within our constituency. This will ensure our farmers, traders, and youths have direct access to financial services for growth.
As stakeholders, we will collectively achieve this and more where we do not merely exist but truly thrive.
Today, I come not as a distant aspirant, but as one of you, reaffirming a bond built on trust, empathy, and action. Values enabling us to coexist in harmony, prioritize our collective welfare, and amplify our voices.
