The Cross River State government, led by his excellency Senator Prince Otu, has officially released the Cross River State 2023 festival calendar, which is popularly known as Carnival Calabar.
Cross River State, for the past few years, has lost its tourist attraction due to administrative differences. The governor assured Cross Riverians that his tenure is more about tourism and that tourism development must improve.
The activities of the Calabar Festival 2023 will take over 32 days, starting from November 30th through January 1st, 2024.
