There was wild jubilation as Rep Bassey Akiba supported Oil Palm Cooperative in Calabar Municipality/Odukpani Federal Constituency with a Seed Fund of 3.5 Million Naira.
The support came on the heels of the just concluded 5 Day Training for the Establishment of Farm Clusters for Palm Oil Farmers Cooperative in Calabar Municipality/Odukpani Federal Constituency.
In a telephone conversion with the trainees, Rep Bassey Akiba appreciated their good conduct throughout the training, urging them to make good use of the training given to them.
He emphasized that the training is tailored to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to establish and manage successful farm clusters, improve agricultural productivity and enhance their livelihoods.
While pledging their continued support, the visibly elated trainees showered praises on Rep Bassey Akiba for impacting their lives and livelihoods.
