UNICAL Wins NDDC Regional Law Moot and Mock Trial Competition

The University of Calabar (UNICAL) has emerged victorious in the Regional Law Moot and Mock Trial Competition organized by the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) in Port Harcourt.
UNICAL\’s team outperformed the University of Benin (UNIBEN), which secured second place, while Imo State University (IMSU) and Rivers State University (RSU) claimed third and fourth positions respectively.
UNICAL\’s triumph earned them a cash prize of ₦2 million and a fully sponsored internship. This achievement marks the second time UNICAL has surpassed UNIBEN in a competition this year, having previously won an online competition.
The winning team comprised four law students and one great lecturer.
