Calabar’s hospitality sector takes a leap forward with Kingston luxury apartments

The special Adviser to the governor on hospitality, Cross River state, Albert kusi in his speech, acknowledged the effort of the Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu in the hospitality sector of the state.

He introduced the latest luxury and smart service apartment in the city of calabar known as Kingston Luxury Apartments, he said that it is an additional value created in the hospitality sector of the state by a foreign investor Mr Eric Brodnock.

Speaking at the briefing, the proprietor, Mr Eric Brodnock said “ he has been in calabar for a number of years and it is always difficult to get a safe and secure service apartment in the city and this is where the dream started.”

He listed some defining features that the guests would experience like, 24 hours electricity, smart TVs, solar power, Wi-Fi connectivity, 100 kilowatts generator as a backup power. And for security there are CCTV cameras installed in the apartments and electric fencing.

He commended the governor on his commitment in changing calabar from building good roads down to security which has lead to many companies investing in the state. He stated that the future of the state is bright added with the construction of the costal highway which will bring in more investors to the state.

He revealed that the apartment will be ready in some weeks and that the general public will be invited for its opening which will include maximum details about the apartment.
