12th November 2023 is the Carnival calabar second dry run date 2023

11/11 millennium park calabar will be the starting point for the calabar carnival second dry run 2023.

The dry Run is open to all citizens of the world to watch and party together as the street will be full of colorful with skills related to acrobatic steps.

In attendance will be the executive governor,foreigners,state executive and the beautiful people residing on cross river state.

The event is mark to start early as it use to be.
