As our men of The Nigerian Police mark their maidan edition of The National Police Day; I, on behalf of Cross River State Diaspora Commission, wish to heartily congratulate them on their dedication to ensure the security of lives and properties in Nigeria.
This day, this year is set aside to acknowledge the resilience, dedication, and courage of our police personnel, while also giving an inspiration for future generations to uphold the highest ideals of service and integrity.
Having a peaceful environment is what inspires Cross Riverians in the Diaspora to visit our dear State, which aids in boosting the economy. So, it is pertinent that we, citizens give the policemen our full support, during the discharge of their duty.
We also call on other Security Agencies to synegize with The Police Force to enable efficiency, rapid response as well as thorough investigations in a bid to fight crime in our society.
