1. Show up early!
2. Double check the ballot papers, results sheets, bvas device.
3. Before accreditation and voting begins please ensure to verify that the BVAS has 000 figure for accreditation.
4. Remain at the Polling unit to closely monitor and watch the process until ballot papers are counted and ensure the results are recorded in the form EC8A for the polling unit.
5. Ensure the INEC Officials takes photograph of results using the BVAS only.
6. Closely watch that the INEC Officials uploads the results using BVAS only.
7. When/where there\’s absence of network using BVAS, Kindly accompany and assist the INEC Officials search for network location available to transmit the results electronically.
8. Lastly, ensure the INEC Officials post the polling unit result at the polling unit using the form EC60E and accompany the INEC Officials with the electoral materials to the Ward Collating center to monitor results also please it\’s permitted to feel free to take pictures and videos of activities of evidences of results collation.
