Dr Helen Isamoh visit Dr. Janet Ekpenyong at Abuja

The Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Cross River State, Dr Helen Isamoh- Egodo and Mr Francis Aribiah The Head, Cross River State Cash Transfer Unit visited the National Deputy Head, National Cash Transfer Office (NCTO), Dr Janet Ekpeyong on Tuesday.

During the visit, Dr Egodo engaged the Deputy Head in fruitful discussions, exchange of ideas and exploring ways to enhance the effectiveness of cash transfer programs in Cross River State.

Dr Janet Ekpeyong revealed that NCTO provides support for poor and vulnerable citizens through targeted cash transfers, capacity building, coaching, mentoring and livelihood support.

Dr Egodo reiterated that she is committed to ensuring that the most vulnerable members of Cross River state receive the support they need. She emphasized that By collaborating with the NCTO, she aims to streamline processes and ensure swift delivery of cash transfers to beneficiaries in Cross River State.
