Mr. Effiong\’s appointment to this prestigious position is a true definition of \”fixing a square peg in a square hole\” and a confirmation of his outstanding qualifications, professionalism, exceptional dedication, and unwavering commitment to urban development and progress of our beloved state. As an environmental scientist, Mr. Effiong has consistently demonstrated his passion for urban development and his ability to envision and implement transformative initiatives.
As the Executive Secretary of the Calabar Urban Development Authority, Mr. Effiong will play a crucial role in shaping the urban landscape of Calabar and implement strategic initiatives to enhance its cleanliness, overall livability.
