The CRS chairman of NYCN, His youthfulness Comrade Dan Obo Jnr spoke on Prince Otu’s Emergence and what to expect as regards Governance and youths inclusiveness
He disclosed this in his office at the CRS youth House in calabar during a Media chat with press men
According to the youth chairman, His Excellency Prince Otu is a very experienced leader par excellence that will carry youths along in Governance and subsequently transit to the younger generations while refuting rumours of his possible nomination as commissioner of youths
When asked about why he defected from the SDP as the deputy governorship candidate, he stated clearly that he defected from SDP out of his principles for equity, justice and fairness likewise to contribute his quota to the emergence of a southern Governor given that his kinsman from the central senatorial district of the state was also contesting
His Excellency Prince Bassey Otu’s Emergence Was Beyond Party line because the people mostly young ones irrespective of political parties and senatorial districts stood firm and supported credibility, equity, justice and fairness said Dan Obo Jnr
Continuing, he made known that the youths were more interested in the party that will bring on board a Governor from the south for the sake of equity justice and fairness to ensure there’s sustainable peace and unity in the state likewise considering a younger person as Deputy Governor he stated
Our expectations as Young people are high but upon his inauguration he (Prince Otu) talked about powering the streets light, immediate evacuation of Dirts, security of lives and properties and most importantly youth inclusion but with optimism i can boldly tell you that Prince Otu will Deliver
In his last words “Cross River State is safe with Prince Otu and may he succeed against all odds”
