KATE HENSHAW BACKS NATASHA:
Nollywood actress Kate Henshaw has thrown her weight behind Kogi Central Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan after the lawmaker accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment.
Henshaw took to Instagram on Wednesday to express solidarity with Akpoti-Uduaghan, stating the struggles women face in society and leadership roles alongside Natasha’ photograph.
While celebrating Woman Crush Wednesday (WCW), she wrote, “We forget so readily how far we have come. We forget our lineage, our history, our strength. We are told we are weak, we are spineless, and cannot think… Women like children are to be seen not heard. Do you not know that in nearly all species, the female is much more deadly than the male? We are the offspring of countless women-warriors!!”
