Governor Prince Bassey Edet Otu Commences Payment of Gratuity To Pensioners of 2009-2015.

The Cross River State Government headed by the Executive Governor of the State, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu has since last week commenced the payment of gratuity from 2009-2015.

Pensioners in the State are smiling at their banks.

Recalled that the Governor while contesting as governor made promises that he will clear all gratuity and pension arrears owed pensioners.

As a man with integrity and a man who can be held by his promises, His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu is fulfilling this promise without noise.

The People’s Governor has assured pensioners that once payment of gratuity of pensioners from 2009-2015 is completed, processes to start payment between 2016-2023 will commence.

Meanwhile, His Excellency is also in talks with Labour Leaders to unveil a new minimum wage.
