Martha Agba has extended her warm congratulations to the Executive Governor of Cross River State, His Excellency Senator (Prince) Bassey Edet Otu, on the successful commissioning of two major projects in Calabar, the fully renovated State Library with State of the art and world class facilities, and the expansion of the state’s aviation sector through the acquisition of two new Cally Air aircraft.
The projects, inaugurated yesterday by the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Senator Kashim Shettima, GCON, were described by Mrs. Agba as “testaments to Governor Otu’s visionary leadership and commitment to the progress of Cross River State.”
She commended the Governor for prioritizing both knowledge development and economic growth, noting that these achievements will leave a lasting positive impact on the people of the state.
“Your Excellency, in just two years, you have demonstrated a rare blend of purpose, foresight, and action,” she said. “These milestones will be remembered for generations to come.”
