NDDC youth INTERNSHIP SCHEME PROGRAMME FOR NIGER DELTA INDIGENES WITH 50,000 MONTHLY STIPENDS

The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is pleased to announce the launch of its 2024 NDDC Youths Internship Scheme Program, aimed at empowering youths from the Niger Delta region. This initiative is part of the commission\’s effort to strengthen human capital development and enhance the economic prospects of young people in the region.

The NDDC youth internship scheme program is open to youths aged 18-45 years from the following states:
– Rivers State
– Bayelsa State
– Imo State
– Cross River State
– Delta State
– Akwa-Ibom State
– Edo State
– Abia State
– Ondo State

KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PROGRAM include:
– 10,000 youths will be selected as beneficiaries for the first phase
– Each beneficiary will choose their preferred location for the internship
– Each intern will receive a monthly stipend of N50,000 for the 12-month duration of the program
