As the Cross River State Government, under the leadership of Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, continues its drive to revamp and modernize the state’s tourism sector, the Cultural Center Complex Calabar has remained a major focus of the transformation.
For several months, the Cultural Center complex, Calabar has been barricaded and remodeled, with visible changes ranging from the fence design to major structural renovations. Late hours of today marked another significant milestone as new artistic sculptures arrived in Calabar, set to be installed at the Cultural Center complex.
The new installations include four giant giraffes, three gorilla family figures, and the iconic statue of Mary Slessor, all designed to enrich the visual and cultural appeal of the center.
