The novelty match featured two entertaining teams, BASSEY OTU/BASSEY AKIBA – BB BABES and BB GUYS, who displayed skill, energy, and camaraderie in front of a cheering crowd.
From the first whistle, it was clear that BB BABES meant business. Their coordination and finesse dazzled spectators and overwhelmed their male counterparts. At the end of the pulsating encounter, BB BABES humbled BB GUYS with an emphatic 4 – 1 victory, earning not only bragging rights but also the admiration of the crowd.
In a moment that drew thunderous applause and cheers, Rep. Bassey Akiba generously rewarded the winning team with one million Naira, while the valiant runners-up, BB GUYS, received five hundred thousand Naira. His gesture was met with palpable excitement, as players and spectators alike lauded the member of parliament for his impactful representation.
Similarly, Rep. Bassey Akiba doled out two hundred thousand Naira to the youth and women of the community, appreciating their warm reception and continued support.
