IHRPS Partners with African Bar Association to tackle human rights violation and trafficking in west Africa

The African Bar Association brings together the brightest legal minds for the betterment of Africa.

Established in 1971 as a non-governmental organization for the purpose of uniting individual lawyers and national legal associations in Africa, the African Bar Association (AFBA) was created by a group of progressively-minded lawyers as a federation of national legal associations, corporate and unincorporated legal entities, and individual lawyers.

Dr. SAMSON R. OSAGIE is the Vice President of the Africa Bar Association West African Region located at  Plot 79, 4th Avenue  Citec Villas Gwarinpa Estate
Abuja, Nigeria.

Office of the Special Envoy to West Africa International Human Rights Protection Service, led by Dr. Charles Omini, has officially been accepted by the African Bar Association for collaboration and partnership.

The letter of acceptance was published and sent by the AFBA as quoted: “I am to further inform you that the VP, AFBA-West Africa, welcomes your request for collaboration and partnership in the area of educating, promoting, protecting, and enhancing the rights of every citizen in our sub-region in line with relevant international, regional, and national treaties, protocols, and existing municipal laws.

Consequently, it shall be a welcome development to have the Special Envoy, IHRPS, West Africa, define and delineate proposed areas of partnership for immediate action.

Once again, congratulations, and I look forward to working with your organization.
