From his entry into the banking sector in 2014 as an IT specialist, Irom who hails from Apiapuma, Obubra Local Government Area, has risen through the ranks to become a Managing Director, leading multiple microfinance institutions in Abuja, including Lawyers Microfinance Bank and Otech Microfinance Bank, before taking up his current role at Vista Microfinance Bank.
