The TRAMRA officer involved in the incident where he struggled with a mini bus driver leading to damaged vehicles and the destruction of parts of the Aboki market has reportedly been left to face the consequences alone by Traffic Management and Regulatory Agency (TRAMRA).
According to reports, the agency stated that the officer acted outside his assigned duty. He was deployed strictly for traffic control, not to engage in physical confrontation with motorists.
As a result, TRAMRA has distanced itself from the incident, leaving the officer to bear responsibility for the damages caused to the mini bus, other affected vehicles, and properties.
At this point, the officer is expected to face the full weight of the consequences stemming from what many have described as an overreaction.
