Urgent Notice from Government House to all cross river state civil and public servant

His Excellency, Senator Prince Bassey Edet Otu, Governor of Cross River State, has directed an immediate audit/ Verification
of all staff of the Cross River State Civil and Public Service as well as employees of the Unified Local Government Service.

To this end, all staff are mandatorily required to avail themselves of this exercise which shall simultaneously commence in two (2) centers in the Northern Senatorial Zone with the following Itinerary:

• Monday 31st July – Friday 4th August, 2023

Ogoja Center:
All Staff in Ogoja, Bekwarra and Yala Local Government Areas Venue: Ogoja Local Government Council Headquarters.

Obudu Center: All Staff in Obudu and Obanlikwu Local Government Areas.                                               Venue : Obudu Local Government Council Headquarters

Time: 9:00 am daily
The following documents are required for the exercise.

Complete Enrollment form
Letter of first Appointment
Letter of Confirmation
Last 2 letters of Promotion
Staff Identity card
Birth Certificate or Affidavit of Birth
Educational Qualifications
BVN
Current Pay slip.

Accordingly, all staff are directed to comply, with these requirements and avoid the omission of their names in the verified payroll that will emanate from the exercise.
