The Special Assistant to the Governor on Gender Mainstreaming, Ms. Utibe-Abasi Orok Bassey-Duke, seized the opportunity of a significant political gathering in the Idundu/Anyananse ward, where members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) officially received defectors from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), to formally familiarize herself with her ward party members and leaders from the state chapter of the party.
In his remarks, the Chairman of Akpabuyo Local Government Area, Hon. Effiom Bassey Effiong, introduced Ms. Bassey-Duke to the gathering, describing her as a committed and accessible representative.
