We Are on the Path of Economic Growth and Stability for Nigerian Youths – Amb. Charles Omini

As Nigeria continues to grapple with economic challenges, hope shines for the younger generation. Ambassador Charles Omini, President of the Initiative for Youth Transformation and Positive Change Nigeria, has reaffirmed his commitment to guiding Nigerian youths towards economic stability and empowerment.

Speaking to journalists upon his arrival in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, Amb. Omini emphasized that despite current global and local economic hardships, a pathway to prosperity is being carved out for the nation’s youth.

“There will be a way out for the Nigerian younger generation from the recent hard economic challenges,” Omini stated. “We are on the path of economic growth and stability for Nigerian youths.”

He was warmly received at the airport by the South-South Zonal Director of the Initiative, Dr. Francis Amadi, alongside the Rivers State Coordinator, Hon. Bright Odum.

Amb. Omini expressed satisfaction with the progress being made by the Initiative in the region, noting that sustained youth engagement in capacity building and development is crucial. He emphasized that empowering young people with skills and knowledge will not only prepare them for the economic future but will also strengthen the nation’s long-term stability.

“The future belongs to those who are prepared for it,” he said. “We must ensure that our youth are not only informed but equipped with the tools they need to thrive economically.”

The Initiative for Youth Transformation and Positive Change continues to play a pivotal role in shaping young minds across Nigeria through mentorship, skills training, and leadership development.

As the visit unfolds, stakeholders are optimistic that renewed efforts and investments in youth capacity development will yield meaningful and lasting change.
