SHEFFIELD, UK — Nigerian-born gospel saxophonist Adedoyin Oseni is gearing up to headline a special live concert titled “Gratitude,” an evening of soulful worship, praise and thanksgiving scheduled for Saturday, November 22, 2025, at the Church Auditorium, 350 Petre Street, Sheffield S4 8LU. Adedoyin Oseni who is a global Talent has risen to become one of Africa’s most influential gospel instrumentalists, recognized for redefining worship through his saxophone work. Born on August 9, 1994 in Bariga, Lagos State and hailing from Irolu Remo in Ogun State, Oseni earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2017, and a Master’s degree in Marketing with Brand Management from the University of Huddersfield in 2024.

His journey into music began in 2014 when he won the God’s Children Got Talent competition organised by the Redeemed Christian Church of God. That victory marked the beginning of a musical career built on faith, discipline and artistry. Over the years, Oseni has released acclaimed pieces including “Incense” and “Jelenke iLife,” and in 2024 he was awarded Best Gospel Saxophonist of the Year at the Eko Heritage Awards. Most recently, in October 2025, he made history by being named Africa Gospel Instrumentalist of the Year at the CLIMA Africa Awards held in South Africa an honour recognising his creativity, dedication and impact within the continent’s gospel music community.
