August 12th, 2023, was set to celebrate International Youth Day worldwide as youths are acknowledged, appreciated, and celebrated.
The workaholic state chairman of the national youth council cross-river state chapter, Comr. Dan Obo Jr., made it unique to be with young people of the biggest institution in cross-river state, the University of Calabar, to celebrate his international youth day with them.
An event was organized by the unical youth hub that involved known youth-inclusive organizations that deal with different categories of youth, from health to business categories, etc.
Comrade Dan Obo Jr., the state chairman, was in attendance to show his involvement in youth affairs in the state.
Calling on the chairman for his speech and advice, Dan assured the youth of a better future if several attitudes that would question them about injustice were cut off.
Dan further calls on the youth to always remember his office, although this is his last youth day in office as NYCN Chairman.
Comr. Dan Obo appreciates the organizers who deem it fit to see the youth as important enough to be celebrated on their day despite all their serious schedules.
