Cross River Receives Korea, Borno and UNFPA delegation on 4-day Study tour across the State

The Cross River State Government has received a high-level delegation of Borno State Government officials, Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and the UNFPA Country Office who are on a 4-day study tour to the State in recognition of her many giant strides in donor cooperation and implementation.


promote cross fertilization of ideas through peer learning approach; use the lessons learned to improve on Borno State’s donor cooperation approach; and promote national cohesion and developmental cooperation and healthy competition across regions of the country.


The delegation also includes the representatives from the Borno State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Reconstruction respectively.
Others are representative of KOICA Country Office; Matthew Onoja, M&E Specialist and representative of the UNFPA Country Office; Dr Midala Usman Balami, representative of the UNFPA Borno State Office; representative of the Office of the Wife of the Governor; the representative of the Borno State Director of Medical Services; and representative of the Borno State Director of Public Health.
