1. No Further Transactions with Class Representative:
Kindly be informed that all future transactions and communications regarding administrative matters should not involve the class representative. Any inquiries or requests related to class issues should be directed to the course lecturers for proper handling.
2. Year 1 and Year 2 Registration Process:
In an effort to streamline the registration process, Year 1 and Year 2 students are instructed to complete their registration at the GSS Centre. After completing the registration, students must submit a printout of their registration details to the GSS Office. This procedure is mandatory, and strict adherence is expected to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
3. Final Assessments Restricted to Registered Students:
Effective immediately, only students who have completed the registration process will be eligible for final assessments. It is imperative that students adhere to the registration guidelines to participate in the upcoming assessments. Course coordinators/lecturers are requested to verify the registration status of students before allowing them to take any final assessments.
