In line with the NUC requirements, two other departments in the Faculty of Engineering have been approved by the NUC for full operation in the University after the just concluded Resource Verification on Tuesday 12th April and Wednesday 13th April.
In the light of this, the university of calabar Faculty of Engineering now operates with seven (7) departments namely;
*Agricultural and Bio-resources Engineering
*Civil and Environmental Engineering
*Chemical Engineering
*Computer Engineering
*Electrical Engineering
*Mechanical Engineering
*Petroleum Engineering.
These departments have been fully approved by NUC and are now fully operational in the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Calabar.
