A female student and tenant recounted a troubling incident that intensified the compound’s frustrations. Before leaving town, she had given her key to a neighbor for safekeeping. Upon her return, she asked him to leave the key by her window. However, when she arrived home, she discovered that someone had broken in, stealing wigs valued at 1.5 million Naira and other valuables.
